As of today we (my brother, roommate and myself) are looking to open a new restaurant off greenville in Dallas. It will be Spanish tapas exploring our vision of "slow food".
Slow food is an up and coming movement around the world. it is taking fresh local ingredients and bringing them directly to a restaurant and to the plate of a customer. we have also envisioned using different ideas about the set up of the place. instead of your typical restaurant, we would like to go into a more open, relaxed setting. cocktails, food and friends all coming together to create an amazing dining experience.
tomorrow we meed with our investors and then we go from there. FINGERS CROSSED!!!
